u guys are more than disaster
first you delivered this jacket with main defect at front panel of mispick sort of visible missing thread.
i sent sms , messages on whats app number , also a person contacted me , but all in vain .
beside the fact i told i have to give it for the birthday gift please replace , no one bother to listen this complaint.
you guys thing that being name of italian or french your dna also change in service , no , your service & product is more than pathetic , i will keep raising my voice you on all online forums , you guys has no sense for the customer service.
better stop this work & sell fruits !!!!!!
even the person who called from your office also not called back , such a poor team , how you will grow , disaster .
Go to hell simply , as at alst i sent that defect jacket with apology to my friend by mentioing the reason of late gift delivery .
read this email along your staff & terminate immediate who packed this & who was the supervisor of this day shipment.
